HAND POURED IN ENGLAND

Our natural wax candles are made in England. A mix of soy & bees wax specially blended to provide an even and clean burn and fill your room with our beautiful fragrance. We believe in the timeless method of creating candles using traditional skills and techniques, pouring our candles by hand.

Our wax is all natural wax and free from dyes, paraffin, parabens and phthalates, so you can be confident of a clean burn.

OUR GLASSWARE

Our elegant glassware is delicately decorated with our distinctive logo and unique ‘sandscape’ illustration and comes with its own lid to ensure that your candle fragrance is as fresh as possible and your candle remains dust-free. The glassware is fully recyclable. You can up-cycle it by gently heating the glass in a bowl of warm water to remove the wax taper, rinse glass and lid in mild detergent and re-use it!

We love re-using our glassware and lids as stylish small storage jars.

HOW TO USE AND CARE FOR YOUR CANDLE

  • Always burn candles on a heat resistant surface and always trim the wick to about 1cm before lighting.
  • When using a candle for the first time, leave it to burn for 2 or 3 hours, until all the wax has become liquid on the surface. This will prevent the wax from becoming hollow later on or forming a well around the wick.
  • Never leave a lit candle unattended and never let it burn for more than four hours at a time.
  • Do not move your candle when lit or when the wax is still liquid.
  • Never place a lit candle in a draught, nor in direct contact with a precious surface. It should be placed on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
  • To extinguish the candle, it is recommended you use your lid or snuffer to avoid smoke and any splashing of liquid wax. Always snuff out the flame, do not blow it out.
  • Keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris. Do not move a burning candle.
  • Do not burn candle below 1cm from the base.
