Sandbanks Fine Products are makers and suppliers of fine products and a reseller of other branded products. We want to ensure that you understand our terms and conditions which will apply if you are using this website and/or placing an order with us. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.
Use of the website
We are pleased to accept online order transactions via secure server using debit or credit cards. Full details of our Payment Platforms, Transaction Service Providers and Data Collection processes are provided within our Privacy Policy, please take time to ensure that you have read this. By using and ordering from our website we assume that you have fully read, understood and accept the information provided in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Making a Purchase
You can place your order online, however for overseas orders, please email on info@sandbanksfineproducts.co.uk and we will contact you to organise your order.
Placing an order online
When purchasing online we want your purchase journey to be as easy as possible, just browse our products and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your ‘Shopping Basket’ after you have finished your selection, click on ‘View Basket & Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few payment and delivery details that we need to be able to fulfil the order.
We accept most major credit cards. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
Products, prices and content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on our website match as closely as possible those of the actual products, due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
Any information displayed on our website or other printed matter by us is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our website is updated regularly.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the products. We may change the products to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, these changes will not affect your use of the product.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional discounts are sometimes offered for a limited time. Details and expiry details will be communicated accordingly at the time the discount is offered. In order for a promotion or offer to be applied to your order, a valid promotion code must be entered into the promotion code box on the Shopping Basket page. Sandbanks Fine Products Ltd cannot be held responsible for not discounting the order if a valid code has not been entered.
We reserve the right to remove promotional offer, including gifts with purchase, from your order if the criteria for the promotion have not been met.
Any promotional discount codes are not valid on ‘sale’ items or for use with a gift voucher.
Only one promotional discount code can be used at any one time.
Ownership of the goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Sandbanks Fine Products Ltd. until final payment of all sums owing in respect to those goods has been received in full by us.
Acceptance of your order
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
Order verification
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Place Order’ button an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. Should you not receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days, please contact our Customer Care Team via email on info@sandbanksfineproducts.co.uk
Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your credit card details and stock availability. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us, The address at which the card is registered must be the same as your billing address. You can register a new payment card at any given time, but the card associated with a given order cannot be changed once you have checked out. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered credit reference agency which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity: a credit check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order placed, please contact us via email on info@sandbanksfineproducts.co.uk. It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. In order to change the details of your order, you must notify us within 1 hour of your order being placed.
Please have the order number and date of when order was placed to hand.
After this time we are unable to amend your order as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If you would like to cancel or amend your order or have any further questions about our cancellations policy please contact us via email on info@sandbanksfineproducts.co.uk.
Returns
The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the website. We will only refund or exchange Sandbanks Fine Products if they are returned to us in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We hope that you will be please with your order. If you have any problems, please notify us in writing, or by email within 14 days of receipt of your order and returned to us within 28 days of purchase.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in goods, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped and boxed securely and for your protection we recommend that you obtain a ‘certificate of postage’ from the Post Office or courier company, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Replacement goods will be sent to you free of additional postage and packaging costs using our standard delivery service and tariff.
